When you have a user that is using 'My Favorites; they often forget how to get to the real page.

A typical conversation goes like this:

SUPERUSER: If you use this page, you can look up the data you need.

CO-WORKER: But I don’t have that page in My Favorites. What is the navigation to get there?

SUPERUSER: I can’t remember. I have had it in my favorites forever.

The answer is as easy as this.
