This is a script to show you how to insert a role from the back end.

INSERT INTO
 PSROLEUSER (ROLEUSER, ROLENAME, DYNAMIC_SW)
  VALUES ('CMALEK','PeopleTools','N')

Note: If you are syncing user profiles with an integration broker this is not a good idea because it will not trigger a service operation message.
